This project was consisted of renovations and alterations of an existing 1500 SF dentist’s office on the Upper Eastside of Manhattan. The new tenant was is a plastic surgeon and the work consisted of demolishing the existing offices and creating new reception, offices, 3 exam rooms, operating room with associated recovery and clean room.
