There are many types of projects that we get involved in. One type is working with the many brownstones and row houses you find in New York City. Some of these are built around the Civil War and are in fragile condition. These buildings have there own charateristics in terms of how they were built and our experience is that there are many potential issues with buildings that are over 100 years old.
