3,000 SF Office Space

This project consisted of planning, design and construction of new 3,000 office space in an old raw ground floor warehouse space. Work included creating private offices, conference room, kitchenette and support spaces. Design objectives consisted of allowing perimeter natural light into interior spaces and creating flexible spaces that could expand or be closed down as needed.
