This Greenwich Village project consisted of a total gut renovation of an existing duplex apartment on the top 2 floors of a Townhouse. All new finishes, kitchen, bathrooms and exterior windows were incorporated to create the final product.
Existing Townhouse Duplex apartment was gut renovated. All structural members were exposed and deficiencies corrected before work began.
